Berk's Grapevine

New dragon toys confirmed!

Back in August, we found several dragon toy models made for Spinmaster, and now it looks like these toys will soon be on the market! In addition to this Toothless toy, it looks like there will be Skrill, Thunderdrum, and Scauldron toys as well.

The source also confirmed that there will be a third season in 2015 called Dragons: Masters.

UPDATE: However, according to a commenter, "there has been no confirmation from DreamWorks Animation or Cartoon Network regarding a third season."

Thanks, Serimon!

UPDATE 3/1: Check below for some new pictures and descriptions.

Episode 116 - Defiant One / Third Season!

This week's episode will be called "Defiant One" and came with this description on the Cartoon Network database: Hiccup and Snotlout struggle to find their way back from Outcast Island.

Check below for the ten screenshots.

Also, even more exciting, it looks like we got a third season! Check out this article, which calls the third season "Dragon Masters" and mentions some new dragon toys! However, no one has been able to find a source to back this up, so it's still not entirely clear whether this is the truth. Thanks to Serimon and Ana!

Thanks Serimon!

Heather Report storyboards

Louie del Carmen, story artist and director of "Heather Report, Part 2," posted a couple Heather storyboards on his his site. They may not be new scenes, but they're still pretty cool. (He also directed the most recent episode, "What Flies Beneath.")

You can see the storyboards here.

Fly, dragons, fly!

DreamWorks posted this video today, and it is perhaps the strangest Dragon-related thing yet. It somewhat parodies this song. We've also posted the lyrics below if you want to sing along (Who wouldn't?).

Thanks avatarlover22 and ridersofderp!
